The three phase production approach

Most production processes start with a creative brief. Ours starts with field intelligence. That difference determines whether the final asset changes behaviour or just gets watched once and forgotten.
We build the script from what the audience told us, not what the client assumed.

Every production begins with field intelligence real consumer objections, documented literacy levels, verified behavioral barriers, and the specific language and cultural references that build trust in each target community. Where field data does not yet exist, we conduct rapid qualitative research before a single script line is written.

The output is a Production Brief not a creative mood board. It specifies the behavioral objective of each asset, the audience segment it addresses, the language version required, and the distribution channel it is engineered for.

We shoot with broadcast capability in environments where most crews will not go..

Our crew combines broadcast-grade equipment — multi-camera setups, drone capture, professional audio rigs with the field logistics to deploy them in off-grid, remote, and operationally complex environments. Every scene is shot to a behavioral objective from the Production Brief, not an aesthetic preference.

Where studio recording is required voiceover sessions, language versioning, or executive interviews we manage the full production environment including in-country translation, native-speaker talent sourcing, and technical studio direction.

Master footage is edited to broadcast standard then cut into every format the Production Brief specified long-form documentary, short-form social clips, compressed WhatsApp agent guides, audio-only radio versions, and institutional donor edits. Each format is technically optimised for its distribution channel: sub-5MB for WhatsApp, broadcast-spec for international delivery, offline ready for agent devices.

Final delivery is a Full Asset Suite all files formatted, named, and documented with usage guidance so your team or field network can deploy without requiring further production support.
